HELP need! Rebuild and improve Imperial PT 6600

Hello, I have this turntable, that need a recap, why don't improve it?
My strategy is:
1) Put out the transformer
2) Recap
3) Maybe make better joints

What you think about that?
Can I have an improvement putting out the transformer?
What you think about UES nichicon capacitors, for all?
The rifa is now kemet and the pme265 series is not available on digikey, so what series can I choose?
May I change also the red polyester capacitors?

Your advice is apprecciated
For now is all...

Replace all 4 Blue elko's & the yellow .022 capacitor for a 275 or 400V one, on my old Yamaha organ it exploded.
If You experience Noise or Hum, put the transformer in an outside case.
The arm wires could perhaps be shorted & connection board relocated.

Never heard noise with earth connected.
4 blue Elko? You mean the 4 nichicon near the 2 transistor? And the others?
The yellow. 022 cap is a rifa one, and I think that it is very important, so I will choose the best rifa series...
Good advice for shortening the connection... Thank you...

Thank you MAAC0,
Ok about the red ones.
Instead I will replace with a safety kemet/rifa one, but I don't know what series to buy, can you please give me a suggestion?
On digy key I found this series: PME271M (X2) and PME271Y (Y2). Is one of them good for this turntable (original one is PME265 series)?
If I use tantalum cap instead of the 6 small Nichicon cap, can I imporve the system?
Thank you for your time.

I see no reason to remove the power transformer.
It's small, and in a location that is proper to eliminate any noise issues.

So many "electronic" turntables have come across my service bench, and I never saw an issue with internal transformers.

Many thanks sesebe, and wiseoldtech.
@sesebe so using this series pme271m instead a pme265 series is not a problem, correct?
@wiseoldtech so changing the transformer with a toroidal one is only a waste of money, is it true?

What about changing the 6 six nichicon cap with tantalum cap?
Thank you.

@wiseoldtech thank you.
For my culture now is really important to know why is it a worthless bother? I think because it is a cheap turntable...
Ok I have a really really BIG question... Why a turntable is better than another? Why a TD160 is better than this?
The geometry of the turntable is not a science. The tonearm is tuned perfectly and the antiskating is working, so I think that the only important variable is the dc motor and its electronics.
If the motor run at costant rpm and I can not hear any noise, I think that finaly the limit was only the cartidges and its cabling.
What I am missing?
Sorry for my horrible english, and thank you for your time.
