Help: Natural White Lamps and Pro-Tripet Lenses.

I have been trying to plan my first projector for a couple months, and have spent more time pouring through the hundreds of pages on these forums, lumenlab and diypc than I really should have, but I still have some questions. This forum seems to be the most knowledgeable I have found, and the fact that no one is trying to sell me anything is great. But here are my questions.

I am thinking about using a 17" LCD because of the higher resolution and the fact they are just as expensive as 15" LCDs. I want the higher resolution but not at too much cost, which is mainly influenced by the lens.

Here is the big question, what lens should I use? I am going to be throwing the image 8'-10' onto a screen 100" diagonal, what lens would work best for a 15" LCD? For a 17" LCD? Do I need to go to triplet?

Also, I am thinking about buying the 375w Natural-White Pulse MH Lamp because as far as I can tell, CRI is important and these lamps are the few around that have a CRI of over 90. I would also get a 375w MH Pulse Ballast to go with it. Will this work well? Should I be spending my money on an electronic ballast? Should I not be wasting money on natural-white lamps?

Thank you in advance.
