I have a Proxima Ovation A822C, and I can not get it to work because right when I turn it on it does this: Shows Proxima Ovation welcome screen, and seems to be working until the two LEDs under "Shift" and "Freeze" start blinking alternatly. This seems to be a common problom among the Proxima 8xx series, so I checked this forum to see if anyone else had the same problem. Some people did and both said that what you should do is plug something in an input, turn it off, then turn it back on and it will work fine. I tried that, but it didn't work. Someone else also said that if you hold down the clear button then turn it off then on, then it will work. I tried that also and could not get it to work. I think it might be an internal problem with the input devices. Please help!!
Any Ideas?

was the source on when you turned on the panel. Like was the DVD player or the ps2 or whatever was plugged it, giving a signal while you turned on the panel? Also, is the panel switched to the right input? Vga/ Composite/ Svideo? (i think the proximas have those, not 100% sure though)
Sorry, I have no experience with panels...

I just went back and tried it again (just to make sure) and it works now!! That's the wierdest thing, I don't know why it didn't work before and now it works, but that makes me very happy!!!
