Help! Kwak Clock - Partial adoption

The KC was working till I added in the 5.9V regulator for the AD8561 and change a few resistors.

Probably the comparator AD8561 is KO. 5.9volts are too much without current limiting

Well, there's your clue......

So, does the oscillator still oscillate if you disconnect the cap to the comparator???

I have isolated the ocillator circuit. I disconnected the +V2 - 5.9V regulator circuit, disconnected the link between the SOURCE of the JFet and the input of AD8561. The active circuit is the +V1 - 5V circuit and the oscillator circuit. I cannot detect any meaningful waveform with an oscilloscope.
