Help Identifying Speaker

This speaker is going on action. Can anyone identify it?

TTBOMK (very dim memory) '70s era 'Made in America' Magnavox sold at J.C. Penny's and similar Mall Stores, so assume CTS, Foster or similar brand drivers and if any horns, then Hepner or Jensen to compete with Sears' popular Fisher brand offerings.

Don't remember model number, but there was one with a big mid horn, tweeter horn that with tweaking was pretty decent for the price.

Nice!
I thought it might be Magnavox because of the MX. the auction price is way too high ($400) and even too high when everything is 50%. off. Oh well, I was hoping they were some sweet pair of vintage speakers but are probably just average.

Yeah, 'HIFI' to the masses, otherwise 'plain Vanilla'. 🙁 As for pricing, I 'think' based on inflation, so could I have DIY'd these way back in '78 when $400 today = ~ $110/pr? Probably if no percentage of the thousands in tools/shop/misc. costs aren't factored in and of course being a hobby, no labor either; but for a single? No way, though wouldn't mind getting this high a percentage 'bargain' for all my stuff.
