A7W - this is a diode

38W - this is a three pin sot23 case

SS14 - diode

WV4 - 3 pin sot23 case

Thank you for you response. Is it that the code matches the data sheets in the order that they are listed? My part had just A6 on it, is the compatible part 1s2838?

My diode is two pin which is closer to BAS 16 case style

It depends if your diode has 2 or 3 pins and you must identify the case used.
