Help identifying a component

I have a battery charger/maintainer that one bank stopped working. I was testing and this component dose not have 120vac passing through it like the other banks. Dose anyone know what the component is? Thanks for the help.

It's a thermal fuse.

Ok are there ratings for replacement?

They come in different current ratings - are there any other markings on the component?

I did not remove it but that is the only markings I can see at this time

I hope someone else will come in, but if it is a non-resettable thermal fuse, it will have failed due to a fault elsewhere in the circuit, and this fault would have to be identified first.

Are there any more components like this one in the battery charger which may aid you in your troubleshooting?

I would start by removing the component from the circuit board and testing it with an ohmmeter to confirm it is, indeed, open circuit

Here is a picture of the full board I believe that both thermal fuses are open.
