Could be Philips, but then it has to have an etched glass code.
You may not be aware, but the underside is relevant, too for specification.
Mullard had a hole in the guide pin.

No hole in the guide pin, no code, the most similar is the Matsushita Gz34 Made in Japan, but again it is not, maybe German production?
My old Roehren Taschen Tabelle (1963) shows Siemens, Valvo and Wiveg (Philips Wien, marked with a W) as primary manufacturers. Also made by Siemens Wien (SW) and Tungsram Wien (UW). E
As far as i search those Siemens GZ34 tubes were produced by Philips / Mullard,it could be Tungsram?
It could be any cheap production batch they were able to buy, this is only a reseller that labelled tubes, no own production site. Egro never was a tube manufacturer. Like RSD they bought second quality tubes that were declined for first choice by other companies. They sold the rejected tubes that no major brand would like to sell. Thats why they are always cheap and low quality tubes.
