I'd really appreciate some help with a (pretty simple) newbie DIY home audio project I'm trying to hook up. A cigar-box-type "e-bay 6n3 tube preamp buffer" unit with a (car audio) VU meter unit in the same box/chassis
Especially looking for some idea's for powering/wiring the car VU meter unit (it's obviously meant to be powered from a head unit/battery) to my AV/receiver...preferably by the "hi-level/less noisy" method that's mentioned in the wiring diagram below. But I have no idea which output wires from the VU meter unit go to which ones in the A/V receiver
(This will be going into my old Onkyo TXDS676 A/V receiver)
