What is the condition of the board right now? does it have a header installed in it?

It would be best to have it on wires so that you could measure the voltage, etc with the amp powered up.

Are the output transistors in the amp?

Not that I can post.

You need to use wire jumpers similar to what's shown below.

It's normal for both of those transistors to run very hot. In time, they can damage the board. You will generally see signs of heat stress when you pull them. I install a heat spreader to help keep them a bit cooler.

I removed all the output ic for safety, the drive board is installed, I test the output speaker, I have a 2v test

ah ok it's just normal that's how I did it I put a cool pan and thermal paste but why did I have it measured on the 2v outspeaker when the output ic is damaged when there are large volts in the speaker out

The output FETs are not ICs. An IC has multiple discrete components on one device. The outputs are discrete FETs.

There is a bit of a language barrier. Write with far more detail than you normally would.

What does the following mean:
I test the output speaker, I have a 2v test

Assuming what you mean wastes a lot of time if I guess wrong.

why when the driver is kind did he break the mosfet before I put the fet I checked the output speaker I got a measurement of 2 volts DC

Are you saying that you read 2v measured directly across the speaker terminals with the driver board in the circuit and no output FETs installed?

correct there is 2volts DC in the speaker terminal even without Fet installed driver board

If you connect a load across the speaker terminals, does that voltage drop to 0v?

The driver board has a feedback line connected to the output of the amp. That could be why you have the voltage.

Post the DC voltage on all header terminals of the driver board. Copy and paste the following list and fill in the blanks.
