Hi, my friend needs advice for dj pa.
He has 4 p-audio tops with 15 inch midbas and compression highs, and very nice phonic 600w channel amplifier, stereo. This is good to 100hz.
Now he is in dilemma to buy something like this:link
And sell p audio speakers
Or to buy another yet unknown amplifier and bas bins, and if this is better solution(in my opinion it is)please recomend me something, only good i found was used rcf event 18 available localy.
Diy bins is third possibility(please suggest drivers with known t/s parameters) as he knows guy who cut wood profesionaly.
Thank you for help.

I like electronic music, mainly house. My preferred are Mauro Picotto, Tiesto, van Buuren, Did Low, J. Digweed, "our" Hernán Cattáneo, and so on. Which is the name of your friend, and what genre does he play?
i prefer rock/metal so i dont know but first few you mention, he goes by dj ice but i dont know what genre is he playing.

I DJ-ed for about 30 years and got away with a Maplin 225WRMS amp and 2 cabinets with two Fane 12-50's in each.
A lot depends on the size of the venues.
Mine was ok for small to medium sized venues.
For larger venues the sky is the limit and the cost too.

Do not throw away those fine P.Audio components for that piece of junk!
Which P.Audio boxes are they?
I second the sentiment. I'm not familiar with the brand in the link, but even from a superficial vantage, something about it screams "CRAP"!
My 2p worth of info.
A friend of mine uses RUSSELL amplifiers and is extremely happy with them. I checked their site but could not get much info. The amps are made in India.
