Hi first post here. I'm have a alpine mrx-v60 5 channel amp that has no sound out put. I tried pulling cover plate off and checking voltages. I put my probe to ground term next to the power term and proved the fets but got 0 v on all of them. Not sure what to do next here is some Picts

hello audiofreak, i don't know how skilled you are with the multimeter. here is what i always do first : multimeter on diode (beeps when touching probes) and you start checking for continuity and short circuits. always start with the psu. check fuse, path to rectifier bridge , switching transistors , diodes and bulgy capacitors. next after you know that you get power to the amp check all transistors and diodes for shorts. after all this fails you either forgot something or its a hard one to fix.
Hey thanks for the response. I have some exp with a multimeter and I will check as much as I can. On diodes they should only beep in one direction right.

No beeps, they indicate about 400-500 on the display and infinite in reverse. anything that beeps for more than 3 seconds when you put the probes from ground to that point could mean its shorted and you are close to the fault. remove any parts that beep and measure again out of the circuit.
