I'm trying to replace mosfets my power supply and and my output for my Rockford Fosgate Prime R1200 .1d, and I know they are irf3205 but that's as much as I know as far as how to pick them. I know the mosfet says p612d underneath the IRF3205 but can't seem to find the exact ones on digikey. if you can help me find a replacement that would be awesome. Also the output ones in need of replacing are IRFB4227 THEN underneath each individual one of those numbers is 575R, 575P, 575H. Replacement part numbers would be greatly appreciated, if anyone can help.. Thank you for your time.
The numbers beneath the type number are, more often than not, a factory/plant code, and/or a date code, so nothing worth worrying about.
The letters after the 3205 are package and variant codes, but basically all the 3205 are the same die, just pick the correct package. And remember they are static sensitive.
There are many many other MOSFETs that would do if you couldn't get the exact part, so long as the on-resistance is low enough, drain voltage high enough, gate voltages match you'd be OK. Its a very competitive market and 100's of new devices come out every year, I just pick the cheapest after a parametric search. If they have to be matched you need the same batch, which means buying tape/reel I believe.

You'll also want to pay attention to the gate charge / capacitance (so that it doesn't alter the intended working of the drive circuitry).
