Help choosing a VGA Box

I've been searching for the perfect box, can seem to find any for a reasonable price. I would like one that can convert composite and component to vga

This converter seems the best for what i would like to do.

Does anybody know what company makes this item and the name of this product, I cant seem to find it any place else. I would like to try and find it cheaper. $130 seems expensive.

If you know of any cheap but good quality converters let me know...

just bought this one, really nice resolution 1024 and the other lower standards are supported.
