HELP channel select on guitar amp

Hi everybody. I've run into a design challenge that I need to sort out on my tube guitar amp.

Current set up:
The 3 channels are all separate modules that have their own independent 1/4" output.

What I need:
I need to figure out a way to select between the 3 channels using a footswitch plus allow for another channel which is a blend of all three channels, then route all the channels to go out to a single 1/4" output.

I was thinking of using an opamp or summing amplifier circuit much like a mixer so that I can mix the three channels, but I need to be able to have either 1 of the 3 activated at any one time or all three at the same time...

I will be doing most of the design work, so I don’t have any details to give you, however I need a sort of example to go off of, or some ideas that could help.

Last thing, I need it to be almost completely analog, with no digital IC's I want to be able to keep the signal integrity, no degradation at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brendan.
