I am new to the DIY world and am very much interested in building my own projector to start with. My interests are Multimedia, Linux and Photography.
I have a 10 year old daughter. What I learn here to build I would like to teach her for her science projects in school.

This is a great hobby for kids to pick up, too, especially as they get to an age where they're really appreciating music.
