Hi there, I've been reading this forum for years. It's been many times a source of information.
I've grown up with a solder iron in my hand, then studied electronics. I was 15 when I built my first amplifier, then loudspeakers, then ... and you're started in life 🙂
I'm now running as much digital as possible. CD player has been sold to a friend, music services and digital radios come from a Lyrion music server (previously named Logitech Mediaserver) which runs on a small Linux box (Zotac nano, great piece of kit). I'm still enjoying a Rega turntable and it's plugged into my soundcard. Then class D amplifiers (4x 250W) and one sub and 2 3-way loudspeakers I have designed almost a decade ago now. I'm thinking about fresh ones 😀
Next projects: digital RIAA, turntable upgrade (for fun), new loudspeakers/sound system (will probably go multisub) and acoustic treatment as I suspect my room is quite mody.
