I have a pioneer sx 727 I bought new in 1973. It still works and looks great. However I moved it to my office and I cant get the am to work. Any ideas.

The SX-727 is from a golden era. You can get all the manuals from hifiengine.com free. You'll have to register though.
Have you connected the ferrite antenna?

MIght be too much interference from computers etc. to get decent AM at your office. Have you tried other AM radios there?

Maybe you can find the station on the computer, then run it back through the receiver.

Btw, I dug out my old Sansui 7070 and hooked it up to full Fostex range speakers, it’s a very nice sound.
