I should give you my standard newbie warning about getting out while the getting is good. However, I have just returned home from shopping with the girlz and am busy weeping over the reality that they will always figure out ways to spend my project money before I ever have a chance to actually hold it in my hands......... sigh.........

Things are improving around here. Lot's of hiring going on and houses are starting to sell. I have even seen some new house construction going on and it looks like resale houses are increasing in value.
Still have a bunch of country gals around that spit tobacco out between their missing teeth, but they tend to stay up in the mountains and at the trucker rest stops...😀😀
