I'm spending the week with my daughter while her husband is away on business.
He is to be gone for a week, out on the left coast.
I haven't seen them in almost a year, since I was here in Jan. Second grandson has been borne since then.
I'm about bored shitless setting around watching TV. I did bring some reading literature and hoped to ride bicycle, but the weather sucks.
If it stays cold I guess I'll go visit some "War of Northern Aggression" battle sites.

I went to Manassas to the Historic site today. Cold and windy, but interesting to visit. Too cold and windy to ride the bicycle. Wind gusts were supposed to be 35m/h today. I had to hold my hat on.
I got bad news on the phone, I had left my Yorkshire Terrier Gizmo with my ex who also has one named Shayna. The two grew up together. and when we separated we each took one, and occasionally switch them out.
She was taking care of Gizmo for me while I'm away.
The neighbors Alaskan Husky jumped a 4' chain link fence and attacked Gizmo, killing him.
