Hi Guys
I'm new to this website but have been playing with DIY tube audio for about a year now. I finished a set of Dynaco M125 monoblocks a little while ago and they have really peaked my interest on what kind of results can be achieved building things yourself. I picked up a used set of Martin Logan Aerius I ESL's the other day and am hoping to gain some knowledge on upgrading crossovers and just to have a better understanding of things.
It's cold and snowy here right now so this is a fun hobby I can do at home. Looking forward to learning lots and share some of my projects!

I really love them, not only was it a fantastic learning experience building my own tube amps but they really sound incredible. The kit's come with fantastic instructions that make it easy enough for pretty much anyone to put together. I upgraded the coupling caps from the stock Russian PIO to some big Myflex film caps and found that to be a worthwhile upgrade. At some point I'm going to fabricate new chassis for them of my own design.Cold winters and hot topics. How do you like the M125's? Welcome.
So id figured I'd do a photo dump with some of the gear I'm currently using, all the metalwork was designed by me. As you guys can see, I listen to metal on my hifi gear and I regret absolutely nothing. I like to experiment with different pieces of gear and listen to the differences, so far I've found that any one piece of gear isn't really better, only different.
Hi Brandon! Welcome to DIYAudio. You have nice gear and your metalwork is superb!
