I am from Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
I have an interest in building my own LCD XGA projector.
My background is in Home Theatre Loudspeaker Manufacture, Recording Engineering, Vocals, Drumming, Room Acoustics, and Architecture for improvements in Audio. I am hoping to add a genuine interest in Video to that list.
I am having a hard time putting together the principles of the DIY projector, and it is frustrating so far - I also have a solid background in manufacturing P.A. equipment - so I figured that attempting a project like this would be relatively equal in difficulty.
It may just be that I am looking in the wrong places... I have searched through the beginners' section here, but nothing seems to be clicking.
I will offer what I can, and take only what I need.
