Hi there,
My name is J and I'm wanting to start my journey building speakers. Have a fair bit of woodworking experience so now need to learn more about everything else.
I'm wanting to understand more about horn loading subs and scoops but first and foremost I want to understand when looking at driver specs for vented enclosures what baffle size means? It's generally stated in diameter but does the shape matter? can it be a square or rectangular port of equal area?
