Wanted to share a recent passive subwoofer pair I built to enhance a vintage (heresy) speaker set. 1.25 ft3, 1 inch plywood, gx1200 Jbl subs 4 ohm, dayton audio low pass crossovers, walnut veneer, and vintage styled tapered legs. In a quick calc, I get a ~1.0 Qtc', 28 Hz Fc, very low sag factor, so good to go.
