I've used this forum before, several years ago when I was even more of a noob. Since then I forgot my password lol. I've searched with this forum on occasion. I'll probably build a DAC in the near future, and eventually some better speakers. Anyway, this is a great forum, glad to be back (especially with the new layout).
So I now have my own room, I was thinking about sticking my speakers in there (some old marantz 3 way), but I was thinking about some sound treatment material to keep the reverb down. I'd imagine a fairly empty room with flat walls and ceiling and hardwood floor isn't ideal. Are there any threads on this, or what section do you suggest posting this in?
