Hi everyone, this is my first posting on this site and was basically wondering if anyone has had any experience with the 'hegel sound engine' from http://www.profusionplc.com
from the pdf, the device looks pretty simple to build and has some good specs. check it out, what do you all think?

Apparently, Hegel's "sound engine" is a high-end local feedforward amplifier design. Like Quad's and other approaches to this principle, it is claimed by the designer, Bent Holter, that this avoids the usual shortcomings and inefficiencies of standard class AB audio amplifiers. Probably nothing new here and after all, 15 years have passed since the OP.

Somewhere on youtube there is a talk on Hegel's philosophy by the owner of the company who is also the lead designer.
Their SoundEngine patent is US6275104B1 aka WO2003007472A1.
