That should be in the manual/schematic.
It will typically list where to put the multimeter probes and the value to adjust for.
You can post the schematic here so we can take a look.

Offset should be easy - connect the DC multimeter on mV setting to output and ground, with shorted input.
Then adjust for minimum DC.

If you do not have a diagram / service manual and do not have experience in repairing and adjusting amplifiers, do not touch these potentiometers
If you have a problem with your amplifier, it is better to take it to a competent service center
A wrongly set DC offset can damage the speakers, a wrongly chosen bias can burn the transistors (looking at the photos of the amplifier - there is quite a small heatsink there)
