We have an abundance 1U & 2U Tunnel Heatsink. This is specifically designed for our power amplifier modules but can also be used for any output device mounting.
We currently have about 800m of 2U (80mm x 80mm) extrusion and about 400m of 1U (40mm x 80mm) extrusion. This can be cut to length as required or heavy discounts for full 4m lengths.

Mounting...
The sides of the 2U extrusion look like they have ridges, how does one mount devices on this?
Would I need to perform some milling?
I just sent you an email, but the info is relevant here, what is the weight per foot? shipping prices could be an issue for non-EU customers.

It seems that you must have a pcb inside and then the transistors attached with springs. Highly unpractical for DIY I would say.

The extrusion is designed for our amplifier modules which are actually mounted inside it. You could mill the outer sides if you wanted so you could mount the devices on there. The extrusion is 1050g per foot or approx 3.5kg per meter.
