Good condition, does show some wear.
All knobs & switches move freely, switch covers for "Normal-Disconnect" & "Normal-Life Test" (bottom left & bottom right) are broken, switches move freely. Knobs for "Leakage" & "Bias" are cracked but intact and functional. Clear covers over Meter & Tube Charts show some wear, paper tube chart scrolls well.
Outer case shows wear. See pics.
Untested, not powered up. Came from the estate of closed electronics repair shop owner, has been sitting unused since late 1990's.
