does anyone know the resistor wattage and voltage values for this unit? i am assuming that they would be rated 1/2 to 1 watt, and 400 volts
I recedtly used an assortment of Tanner's grey 2 Watt at 660V, no problem...
No idea what type stuff is inside? They just work. Sometimes cheap is good.
Watts is Volts*Volts/Resistance, so go figure is your Wattage 2 or less?...
Unless there is a space constraint, I never use less than 2W.
Just cause its easier to handle and to read the bigger stripes.
You don't wanna point to point 0402s (tiny like grains of salt)

does anyone have a list of replacement parts handy for this thing? im wanting to do a full recap and resistor change
I have no original manual, nor bill of materials.
Only the schematics you have already seen, and
none accurate to what I find wired under my unit.
It may be the builder of mine made changes...
Just take the darn thing with you to Tanner and
start fillin' a bucket. Last time I did a recap (voice
of music), Jim didn't have old timey multiple caps
in one can... I just left originals on top for looks
(disconnected) and hid modern caps underneath.
Go to where 635 meets I35E (thats the Dallas I35)
Then go north to Valwood. Turn left go west one block.
Tanner is on the North side just after the railroad track.
