I don't know about heated mice, but the cats often drag in warm mice, sometimes without their insides outside.

I say the pointer/cursor should be controlled by our pupil. Then you can saw off the cold hands and still work even faster on your computer.

I've seen them controlled by brainwaves...

For a quick fix you could also put a small desklamp with a 60w bulb
near your mouse/hand
Plenty heat
