I can get it for 200 Canadian right now, 1280X1024 native, 12ms response and 600:1!
Seems like a perfect projector. Has anyone ever ripped it appart though?? the casing looks small so the circuit boards may be tied together in the back.
I have rewired one lcd without problems, but id feel bad ripping apart such a sexy monitor.

to be honest, that is such a good price, you should buy it even if it turns out not to be stripable!
Yes, it is strippable. I saw it has been done at the Lumenlab forums. I just bought one at Compusmart for 500 CAD. If you can get that for 200 then go for it.

I really hope i can buy it. Before i do ill test it out, i dont like buying used computer stuff.. especially lcd's! burnt pixels UHG..
but yah 200 bucks i was thinking even if i open it and am too scared to rip it all apart ill use it as a pc monitor 😛
