Can Sue these for using my photos?

There is also the bloody cheek of them using photos of my personal speaker builds and photos I took in my listening room, which is not on.

David something really needs to done about this.

Most of the pictures look to have been lifted from DIY builds shown on this forum.

Not a great deal that can be done about pictures, since if they're posted on a publically accessible forum without any copyright statements, they become fair game. As for the enclosure though, at present, it's theft since they have not made any attempt to follow the commercial licensing requirements.
 
A cynic might opine that the attitude of certain Chinese manufacturers / resellers is rather like that of the Honey Badger, who as we all know doesn't much give a darn

Edit: as to owners of the IP, or builders whose photos were purloined achieving any effective redress other exposure of the transgressions from the well documented history of the FH3 (or any other such DIY project) within these fora, well good luck with that.
