Nice! What you want to do now is to put one driver on each side and make a mechanical steel? contraption that ties into each driver backside so that when mechanical pull or push forces form the driver cancel in one single point in space exactly beetween the elements. This point is where all center lines meet behind each driver. When you do this all vibrations (almost - the pressure ones are still there) will go away.

If you were not planning on mounting a driver on every face, the “Hypercube” (aka as a tesseract) is also a shape to consider. It gives a wider baffle for the main driver. It provides quite a nice baffle edge diffraction reduction because of the heavily beveled edges.

You can do a single 2 way or a FAST/WAW 2-way:

Base cote wet sanding
The base cote wet sanding round 1 is half complete. I'd guess another 20 min 500grit wet sanding. If all blemishes can no longer be felt with eyes closed it is on to the second coat of enamel and 800 / 1000 grit wet. If the 800 or 1000 grit does not push through the paint I may polish or clear and polish or go with a satin. At the end of the day the cabs will be silky smooth but that does not mean the facets are flat. Gloss finish will show any waves in the surface. We will have to see.
Thanks
Jeremy
