Has anyone heard or listened to the axiom M80Ti tower speaker.
I did and they sound amazing,wonder how can they afford to sell them so cheap.
I am now interested in cloning this speaker, any suggestions.

I doubt you will find a clone of this speaker, but you may find something similar in type or style if nothing else at http://www.audiocomponents.nl

When I was researching components for my HT system, I saw tons of positive reviews on the web for all the speakers made that company in Ontario whatever it is. But then looking more critically, I saw that all the different reviews on various websites were all interrelated and linked and whatever through sounstage.com I think, and I couldn't find much that was external to that whole bunch. It completely smelled of being planted.

I have a set of M50Ti's and they are quite nice sounding to me. However my girlfriend says she can hear pinging from them. Maybe it's the metal plate in her head 😉
At Neura in their clearance section they have some 6.5 aluminum units that might do the trick. I dunno if they have any left. http://www.nuera-acoustic.ca/clearance.html

It is hard for me to get excited about a speaker with an MMTT configuration. The next one down probably sounds better. The pics of these don't instill much confidence, and anytime i see a (relatively) cheap speaker loaded up with that many drivers i turn around and run.

Thanx... just wish i had more time to spend on it. I've got a backlog of projects waiting for me to finish preparing them.
