I am in search to find some caps to my current loudspeaker project. Most of the time I use Mundorf Mcap, but now I see some interesting options also from Jantzen audio.
I am still cannot figure out if CrossCaps fall between Standard and Superior Z caps or are worse than Standard Z caps.
So if anybody have some experience please tell some opinions about them?
Thanks

I've used them in crossovers and as coupling caps in amplifiers.
I like them. Among the best of the metalized foil caps, to my ears.

Just received my kit from Jantzen today for the Poor Mans Strad, they certainly look good. I haven't used them before - I know Toels Gravesen is sponsored by them for his projects but recon he wouldn't use them if they were not good standard.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
I tried the Jantzen CrossCaps and IMO sounded better than Solen MKP but not quite as good as Mundorf M-Cap. They are great value and don't hesitate to use them.
I think the CrossCaps are below the Z caps.

You could have bought those components from Speakerbug in Oz as he's the Authorised Australian Jantzen reseller.

I'm using them in two of my speakers and am happy. Pricing is really good and the products are excellent quality.
