The capacitor in series with a resistor, and also i have tested the capacitor to emitter.....Oh!...this last one is very dangerous...i know.
Your idea is the best one, but the Miller capacitor produces some brigth in treble...of course this is distortion....but this is also considered by many guys as quality, as some effect.
Even beeing a Defect, there are people that apreciate and call this Effect.
