So since im not seeing that should I try a new IRS2092?

Give that a go.
Check your mosfets for shorts first though as a bad mosfet can also destroy the irs2092

Not really sure what happened, it almost looked like the fet arced when I turned it on and now both sets are showing a dead short across all legs. I'll pull them off along with the IRS2092 and try again. This time I'll try only installing Q5 first I guess.
