Hafler PC-19C Boards (Someone make a replacement?)

Is anyone here an expert at Eagle CAD? I was hoping someone could create a duplicate of the Hafler PC-19C amplifier board. This board was used in a few Hafler amps, and as you would imagine is no longer being made. The board has a few taxes on the top side, but most are on the bottom. The traces were glued on, so even just a little heat causes the traces to lift.

It would be nice of someone could make a replacement, have it coated with solder mask, and have a silk screen printed on it. This would benefit people with a Hafler amp such as the DH-220, DH-500, P-225, P-230, and a few other Haflers, and its also a drop in replacement for the DH-200 amp that used PC-6 boards. A nice addition could be putting the B- and B+ fuses on the board its self.. of course it would need to be a little wider, but nothing impossible.

I've contacted White Oak Audio several times, and never got a reply. I'm only 15, so it would be hard to pay for this, but if someone could at least design it, and make the file public for all? It would be nice as there seem to be a lot of these old amps that could be easily saved with a new board.

Cheers!

Anyone? No one will make one? Unless I fork down $140, White Oak will only consider it. Would be nice if they designed it or free, and sold the bare board to recoup costs.

So no luck. Besides from Alex mm being busy, and possibly being able to do it, no one else seems to be able to do it. Could someone PLEASE please design it?
