That's the beauty of the Lateral MOSFETs
1) no source resistor,
2) no need for a thermal compensation circuit, having to sense the heatsink temp for the bias spreader
3) one driver after the VAS
I have a DH-200 on the bench and a new el'cheapo dual thermocouple meter, I measure 42 +/-1 C on both heatsinks.
I agree check for oscillations as part of testing out these designs. A square wave reveals alot.
