HA2515 datasheet

I'm looking for the datasheet of a HA2515 opamp. I can't find it on the internet. It can be a pretty old one. I hope somebody can help me or give some tips to locate the datasheet.

Thanks Jean-Paul that helps a bit. I'm sorry to say I especially need for slewrate, Vnoise, Inoise and PhaseMargin data.
