You could make an Aleph 4 with a fan on the sinks,
or you could put some inductance in series with the
AC line to take the voltage down to that of an Aleph 5.

Thank you again,Mr. Pass for your response.Are we still talking about building an Aleph 3?So,even if I went with the voltage of the Aleph 5.Using,the technique suggested I would still have to use a fan?It would would be indeed a challenge to put a fan in
around the exsisting fixtures.I can get the transformers,made to specs,locally if needed. The OEM transformer that is in the 1801 is
a E+I laminated,I don't know if it is shielded or not.

Go down to the local hardware or department store
and buy a fan for $30 and point it at the amplifier.
