Guitar Preamplifier with ECC85.

I want to build a guitar Preamplifier with ECC85 vacuum tubes. I intend to connect this amplifier to LINE IN of PC. Are ECC85 ECC83 can be used instead. How does electrical schematic for Preamplifier with ECC85.
