Guitar preamp

I am in need of another Guitar Guitar channel. I have this Marshall MG50 amp taking up space. The output stage is defective. I was seconds from throwing it out and decided it would be the quickest, cheapest route to getting my guitar recorded.

I would really appreciate any tips or advice on how to get this up and running as a preamp.

Plug in. Get output from Effects Send or Headphone Out.

Neither path involves the power amplifier.

FX Send skips the internal effects chip, HP Out lets you use those also.
