Tha's a mild, very mild overdrive... 6dB or less beyond clippping... real distortion sit's between 20 to 40dB beyond clipping...
I see it has a somewhat soft clipping charateristic.. som people might like that... but...
I wouldn't expect it to be very usefull, usually the tone networks in a distortion effect are more importand than the actual clipping mechanism..

It seems to distort more as I push it harder but keeps the soft transistions.
I haven't built this yet because I have no parts or lab equipment, but it is all on its way.
