Hi:
I am implementing a 2 way crossover/EQ and later a 3 way with this DSP. It works great with the TI software. I'm getting 0.012% THD+N including the A/D and D/A's I am using. To get this preformance I am using 24 Bits at 96 KHz.
However, the TI software is clumsy to use and setting EQs is a two step process using two different programs. Does anyone have experience with a decent GUI for this device. If someone does or can write a decent GUI for it so we can set up everything for it, I'm even willing to part with some cash. It would be even better if you were in southern California though not essential.
The full data sheets are available at www.ti.com or if you like I can e-mail you PDFs. I'm at dmf@renkus-heinz.com

Solution
With that chip, no. However our needs outgrew that chip and now we use a Cirrus CS496112 DSP/CobraNet transceiver chip and hired two programmers to develop what we needed. See the result on www.rh.com.
It is a product we call "RHAON".
