GU-19-1 Russian tube

I recently got two of these tubes as a present.
I would like to know what type of socket is needed.
An extensive search on the Internet did not yield any result.

Your tubes require a B8S type socket + two anode caps (no idea what type).

I notice that the G2 dissapation max (60w) is greater than an anode max (40w).
From what I gather, RF tetrodes will generally accept higher than specified G2 voltage, providing the anode volts are kept down.
So, could this be a good contender for triode connection?
Just conjecture.
I think this is an experimenters tube.

He he, just noticed the common G2 between sections. That'll spoil it.

the dissipation et al reminds me of, say.. 829b.
the graphs are different though...

Speaking of 829b, I'm working on a whole bottle triode strapped. Will be intresting to see/hear 🙂

hmmm.

on the data I posted g2 diss is 6w (which made me think of 829b). other data says 60w.. hmm.
