I got like 100 pairs of these through inheritance from an audio engineer who passed the way. He used to made, sell, repair, ... audio amplifiers for living.
When I look the GT20D201 & GT20D101 up on Ebay they are extremely expensive, but I'm also reading that there are a lot fake's of these. I really don't have any idea if mine are the real thing. I also couldn't find any reference or schematic for what project/amplifier these were used. (When searching through the house from that guy that died)
If those GT20D201 & GT20D101 are real, ie not fakes, they are worth quit a lot. Is this easy to test? I'm not really into audio, I'm an ICT university student with big interest for electronics, mostly digital (See smoerijf.be (in dutch)).
I've attached some pics of the IGBT's. If somebody what some to test them: let me know.

looking at the picture, which of course is no guarantee, those look to be the real thing, not fakes.
