Another update folks:
Visual inspection on all boards is complete, and all looks good.
A sample of two boards from the print run have been built and tested and all is good.
So I think we are now very close to calling for payment and shipping. There are a number of people yet to supply contact/paypal/address details - the faster you do this, the faster you will get your speaker protection boards. I will start issuing paypal invoices tomorrow. I'm expecting to ship the first batch Wednesday 14th.
Thanks to all!

Some paypal invoices sent this evening...... still on schedule to ship on Wednesday where payments have been made. 📦 🏃♂️
Please do use F&F with paypal if at all possible folks. It really helps keeps costs down when postal costs are rising everywhere.

A two part post folks:
1. All paid for parcels (the first batch) have gone out today and I will be sending tracking info this evening when I get home. If you haven't received a PayPal invoice, it means you haven't sent/confirmed your details. I have some of you from previous group buys but didn't want to rely on them in case of changes. I'll send reminders to remaining subscribers tonight.
2. A few of those who have paid have reported getting a second invoice from PayPal. I'm not sure exactly what is going on with that but rest assured everyone who received an invoice has paid. I think it's related to an updated invoice for one member.....anyway if you've paid, please ignore that second email from PayPal.

Just an update folks:
The second batch of these went out this morning, and this leaves just 3 participants from the GB to complete the job. There are a couple of people who have yet to supply their details to me - no particular hurry on this, but naturally the sooner they contact, the sooner the pack goes out. I have messaged them in any case.

1/4W metal film for R5..... you don't have to be 100% precise, maybe you have something in your workshop already close in value?
Normally leaded resistors are specified by wattage (e.g. 1/8W, 1/4W, 1W, 2W, ....)
SMD resistors are specified by case size (0603, 0805, 1206, .....)
Exception is MELF (0204, 0207, ....), but they are normally preceeded by "MELF".
I thought it was pretty obvious.
