luvdunhill,
I count 119 SOIC-A according to the totals at the bottom. Are you talking about the 1000+ pricing or is there an earlier break for SOIC-A?
We're over the minimums needed to get the various price breaks in all format except for the LSK389 SOIC-A at the moment.

luvdunhill said:At this point, all members have been contacted. If you have not gotten an "invoice" e-mail from me, you're not on my list. Please post to this thread and update the wiki if you wish to sneak in before the deadline.
E-mail just enabled, still interested, get me an invoice and I'll pay up.

I'm basing that on people that have actually paid... I'll probably pick up whatever slack there is on the SOIC to ensure we hit 100.

You can't see me, because I have no idea how to edit the Wiki. The boxes on the edit page have no obvious connection to the boxes on the Wiki, and I don't want to start a sequence of errors that I have to unwind. If someone can point me to the methodology, I'll try it. The edit instructions are not helpful.
Sheldon
Actually, 5 will do with a couple spare to blow up, so 5 instead of 10.
luvdunhill said:one other question, perhaps Scott can answer as I know he's planning on using the LSK389 SOIC devices as well. What are you going to do with pins 3 and 7 (I'm assuming they are tied to the substrate), are they just not connected? Also, are you planning doing anything special under the device itself, such as pouring a small heatsink or anything?
AndrewT:
I cannot seem to find the post from Anatech that you referenced. I searched for Anatech as poster and BJT as a key word. Any ideas?
I might clamp a heat sink on top if needed. Don't know yet what I'll try with the LSK389's, for now they're stock.
Hi,
I hope I'm not late but is this group buy closed??
If not, I'd love to have 20 of LS389 SOIC "B" rank...
Best regards,
Satoru

Hi luvdunhill
I am in the wiki for 30 each TO-92 and SOIC grade B LSK170. Apparently I am one of the unreachable ones.
I am Larry Nicks I am also larrynicks. I think my private messaging is turned on. I tried to send you a message, but was not allowed because I am still moderated despite being a member for something like two years - I don't post much.
So - I am here. I have money. What now?

after logging in, click "user cp" at the top right of the screen, the "edit options", then ensure "enable private messaging" is set to "yes". I think this should do it. Let me know when it's set 🙂
I think private messaging will have to wait until the new software shows up. Hopefully that will be soon.

oops, I thought that was the same thing as e-mail. Perhaps the option you want is "Allow Bulletin Board Administrators and Moderators To Send You Email Notices?"
Have you tried sending me a private message? Does it not work? If so, maybe it is because I am still under moderation. Do you have any influence with the moderator? I am really not a terrorist waiting to blow up the forum - and I really have been registered for 3 1/2 years.
I don't want to post my email address in the open, but I will if I must. This is becoming ridiculous.
If I am still moderated, you may not see this post for a few hours.

No, the PM is not working until we get new software. Emailing through the forum works fine provided the member has it activated. Both of you should see the email button at the bottom of your post page.

Yes, a little. Look above my avatar.
I am really not a terrorist waiting to blow up the forum - and I really have been registered for 3 1/2 years. [/B]
It's a matter of how many posts before you are released from moderation. When viewing the posts in the queue, we don't have access to when you registered, just the number of posts. Usually you are released after five.

Alas, moderation is a necessary evil but no need to post your address on the web.
If I am still moderated, you may not see this post for a few hours. [/B]
You are no longer moderated. Go forth and multiply young man. (oops, I see you're retired.) Go forth and spread wisdom.
